ok pick your pictures (size 100x100 px in this case)
- Right click on your base layer and duplicate it
- Set the duplicate layer to screen at 40%
-create a new layer with #DB93F3 and set it to soft light at 100%
- make a new layer with #95CBF5 and set it to color burn at 75%
go to LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > HUE/SATURATION

EDIT: MAGENTA
Saturation: 50
Go to LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > COLOR BALANCE

TONE BALANCE: SHADOWS
Color Levels 16, 5, 9

TONE BALANCE: MIDTONES
Color Levels -36, 10, 18

Go to LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > HUE/SATURATION

change the saturation from 0 to 40.
